By commissioning me you are confirming that you agree with the following terms. I will start all work under the assumption you have read, understood and accepted these terms.General- My commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works. There will be additional fees for commercial rights.- I reserve the rights to the created artwork. Feeding my work into any AI software is prohibited.- I may decline any order I do not feel comfortable drawing, for any reason. Should this occur after payment, you will receive a full refund.- I may post the commissioned artwork and promote it on my social media pages. Any posts of commissioned work will be watermarked and original characters will be credited as required. If you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!- Prices are subject to change based on demand. Requests that have already been started will not be subject to these changes.- You may repost and share the artwork, but please provide credit to @artbybailei.Payments and Refunds- All commissions are charged in GBP and can be paid through PayPal via Ko-Fi or VGen. Should the request be made on another platform, I will send you a PayPal invoice.- All payments are made 100% upfront. This includes a 50% non-refundable deposit*- Should you decide to withdraw your request AFTER an initial sketch has been made, you will receive a 50% refund.- *Should you decide to withdraw your request BEFORE an initial sketch has been made, you will receive a 75% refund.- If I cannot finish your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.Process- Turnaround time depends on my workload and may vary from 4 to 12 weeks. I will keep you regularly updated on the progress of your piece and estimated time scales.- Rush orders may incur additional charges, I will discuss this with you further before proceeding.- Once your request has been received, I will reach out to you with a sketch of your piece for approval and/or revisions.- You may make up to 3 revisions to the sketch free of charge.- You are expected to request all major revisions in the sketch phase. Up to 3 minor changes are accepted in the later phases, but must be reasonable. Later revisions require much more work, so major changes (or more than 3 minor changes) may incur additional fees.- Once a piece has been considered completed, revisions may not be made.- Once the final artwork is accepted, I will email you a full res .png file of the work and watermarked .png file for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
